Description

AS06XA-A is an integrated mixed analog I/O module for Delta AS series PLCs, combining 4 analog input channels and 2 analog output channels in one compact unit to save space and reduce system cost. It supports 0~10V and 0~20mA/4~20mA signals with 16-bit high resolution for accurate data collection and precise control output. The module integrates optical isolation, overcurrent protection, short-circuit protection, digital filtering and linear calibration to enhance stability and anti-interference performance. It can simultaneously acquire sensor signals and drive inverters, valves and regulators, realizing highly integrated analog control. With DIN‑rail mounting and simple wiring, it is ideal for space-limited cabinets. It is widely used in plastic injection molding machines, packaging equipment, hydraulic systems, temperature control systems, textile machinery and printing equipment, improving system integration, control accuracy, operation stability and debugging efficiency while reducing wiring complexity and maintenance.
